Buy any two PawsLoving products (same item or mix & match) and get FREE UK delivery. Applied automatically at checkout—no code needed.


Where we ship

We currently ship to the UK (mainland and outlying regions). If you’re outside the UK, please contact us and we’ll let you know what’s possible.

Handling & dispatch times

  • Order processing: 1 business day (Mon–Fri, excluding bank holidays)
  • Cut-off: Orders placed after 1pm dispatch the next business day
  • You’ll receive a dispatch email with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves us.

Tracking your order

  • A tracking link will be emailed once your order ships.
  • Didn’t receive it? Check spam or contact info@pawsloving.com with your order number.

Address changes

If you made a mistake at checkout, email info@pawsloving.com ASAP with your order number and the correct address. If your order has already shipped, we’ll do our best to help but can’t guarantee an address change in transit.

Delivery issues

  • Late or missing parcel: If your order hasn’t arrived 5 working days after dispatch (7 days for Highlands/Islands/NI), contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier.
  • Damaged in transit: Please email within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Part-delivered: Some orders may arrive in more than one parcel. Check your tracking email(s) for updates.

Pre-orders or out-of-stock items

If an item is marked pre-order or out of stock, we’ll show an estimated dispatch window on the product page. Your order will ship when all items are ready (we can split on request—just contact us).

Returns & exchanges

We offer 30-day, no-quibble returns on unused items in their original packaging.
