Refund policy
30-Day, No-Quibble Returns
If you change your mind, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund — no quibbles — provided it is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging (including all accessories, inserts and tags).
Condition on return
To qualify for a change-of-mind refund, returned items must be:

Unused and uninstalled (no signs of wear, pet hair, odour, stains or damage)

In the original packaging and resellable condition

Complete with all parts and inserts
Items that arrive used or not in resellable condition may be refused or subject to a partial refund.
How to start a return

Email info@pawsloving.com with your order number and the item you wish to return.

We’ll reply with return instructions and the return address.

Pack the item securely and send it back using a tracked service.

Keep your receipt — we’re not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Return shipping costs

For change-of-mind returns, you cover the return postage.

If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we’ll cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping once approved (see below).
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us at info@pawsloving.com within 30 days of delivery. Include:

A brief description of the issue

Photos of the product and packaging (if damaged in transit)
We’ll put it right with a replacement, exchange, or full refund (including return postage where applicable).
Exchanges
Want to swap for a different product? Start a return via info@pawsloving.com and let us know the item you’d like instead. We’ll confirm stock and the simplest way to process the exchange.
Refunds (timing & method)
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you and process approved refunds to your original payment method. Please allow 3–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the funds.
