6-Year No-Hassle Warranty

We build PawsLoving gear to last. Every Back Seat Cover and Car Boot Liner is covered by our 6-Year No-Hassle Warranty from the date of purchase.

What’s covered

Manufacturing and material defects under normal use, including:

  • Seam or stitch failure

  • Strap, buckle or anchoring failure

  • Fabric delamination or waterproof barrier failure

  • Premature wear that isn’t consistent with normal use

If your item develops a covered fault, we’ll repair, replace, or refund (at our discretion). If your exact model is no longer available, we’ll replace it with the most comparable current version.

What’s not covered

  • Normal cosmetic wear (minor scuffs, creasing) that doesn’t affect function

  • Damage from misuse or improper fitment (e.g., incorrectly installed, over-tensioned straps)

  • Accidental damage (cuts, burns, tears), chewing or clawing beyond normal use

  • Damage from harsh chemicals, bleach, or machine drying

  • Third-party modifications or commercial/vehicle-rental use

  • Lost or missing parts after delivery

The Boot Liner includes a free drawstring carry bag; accessories like this are covered for manufacturing defects but not general wear and tear.

Who’s covered

The original purchaser with proof of purchase (order number or receipt). The warranty is non-transferable.

How to make a claim (easy)

  1. Email info@pawsloving.com with subject: Warranty Claim.

  2. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos showing the problem (and the whole product).

  3. Our team will reply within 2–3 business days with next steps.

If approved, we’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund. For approved claims, we cover or reimburse reasonable return postage where a return is required.

Bought on Amazon?

No problem. Include your Amazon Order ID in your email. For items within Amazon’s initial return window, you may use Amazon returns; after that, contact us directly and we’ll take care of it.

Refunds & exchanges

For change-of-mind returns, please see our Returns & Refunds Policy. Warranty claims are separate from returns for preference or sizing.

Your statutory rights

This warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights (e.g., under the Consumer Rights Act 2015).
